A. Calusa will visit project site for field measure and review of conditions
B. Revise / Amend design accordingly
C. Select features, colors, etc.
D. Finalize scope of project
E. Complete project cost estimate
F. Complete project schedule
G. Review final design and budget with client
EXECUTE CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT
A. Sign / Initial final layouts, designs, and material selections
B. Deposit due for materials, permits, and preconstruction design & service
PRECONSTRUCTION
A. Release materials for fabrication
B. Complete construction drawings for permit (if required)
C. Submit application for permit
D. Set appointment with client for construction start date
CONSTRUCTION
A. Set appointment / accept delivery of materials
B. Post permit (if required)
C. Construction deposit funds due upon mobilization to site
D. Review / Establish construction logistics with client
– Power, water, lighting, access
– Staging of process, moving of contents
– Storage of materials & equipment
– Rubbish removal process
– Hours of operation
POST CONSTRUCTION
A. Final clean up
B. Review with client for completion, quality, and satisfaction
C. Final payment due
D. Demobilization
